Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars


 
What you need for Graham Cracker Crust:
  • 1 1/2 Cups of crushed graham crackers
  • 6 tsp of melted butter
What you need for Cream Cheese Filling:
  •  8oz package of Cream Cheese (room temp)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar

What you need for topping:
  • 1 frozen roll of Chocolate Chip Cookies

How to cook:

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Spray 8 x 8 pan with PAM. Mix together the crushed graham crackers and the melted butter. Press in the bottom of 8 x 8 pan. Bake for 6 minutes. Set aside to cool. Mix cream cheese, egg and vanilla extraxt in small bowl, then pour over cooled graham cracker crust. Take cookie roll and cut as if you were baking them, then cover the top of the cream cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Then cool in fridge. Enjoy :-)
