Teriyaki Chicken Bowl


This is a great version of a Japanese Restaurant dish.... but in your kitchen!


What you need

  • Chicken (I use the a whole pack of chicken tenderlions)
  • Rice (Look the servings and determine how much you need)
  • 1 bunch of Broccli
  • 1/2 BottleTeriyaki Sauce
  • 3 Eggs (Broiled)

How to Cook

Get the rice cooking on the stove (follow the instructions on the box). Cook chicken on stove... Since I LOVE sauce I normally star pouring the sauce over the chicken as soon a it is in the pan. Let the chicken cook pouring more sauce in as needed. When the chicken is almost ready, take a fork and chop the chicken into small peices. Then put in a small bowl. I then agaiadd more sauce (Yes I now, but I love it). In a small pot boil hot water and add broccli fo approximatly 5 minutes until softenend. In another pot boil your 3 large eggs. When the eggs are done chop them into smal peices and add to rice. Pour rice in a bowl add chicken on top and of course more sauce then broccli. And Wala you have yourslf your own little Japanese dinner that didn't cost $40 a plate!!
